During her years in London, she worked both behind the chair and in session work, developing a strong eye for shape, color, and the relationship between hair and individual style.
She is especially known for blonde transformations and dimensional color, creating tones that feel refined, wearable, and effortless. Her foundation in classic hairdressing and barbering allows her to work confidently across a wide range of lengths, textures, and styles.

Jin Murano is a Japanese hairstylist, educator, founder of Murano Laboratories, and Senior Stylist at Assort New York, with a career shaped between Tokyo and New York.
Known for alternative cutting, modern shags, wolves, and highly personalized transformations, Jin’s work begins with understanding what a client is drawn to — then translating that reference into a structure that works for their individual head shape, hair texture, and identity.
